Job Description

Provide training and training support to the Military Intelligence Captains Career Course to Active, Reserve, and National Guard Military Intelligence Officer Students in support of the 304th Military Intelligence Battalion, 111th Military Intelligence Brigade, United States Army Intelligence Center and Fort Huachuca. The training will be performed in a classroom or field environment and may require travel to various locations.Work schedule may fluctuate to meet changing requirements levied against course. Schedule changes will be determined on a per course basis.Maintain and update courseware as needed to ensure accuracy and relevancy of course material. Minimum of a BSBA degree required and must have completed the US Army MI Captains Career Course. Required to have the requisite skills, capabilities, training, education and experience to perform the contract work assigned with little or no reliance on Military Intelligence Captains Career Course permanent party. Contracted employees will be required to adhere at all times to the standards of conduct found in Army Regulation (AR) 350-6 as applicable to civilian contractors.While this training is primarily performed in a classroom or field environment, there is a possibility that travel may be required to various locations in accomplishment of TDY (Travel on Temporary Duty) related work andor to attend training related to necessary qualifications or certifications. Provide a completed copy of a trip report . Travel is cost reimbursable per JTR.Be able to express themselves in English and meet oral and written grammatical guidelines in DA PAM 600-67. All applicants must possess interpersonal skills to effectively communicate and work effectively with students, staff, cadre, superiors, peers, and subordinates alikeMust possess the following skills (at a minimum), Military Map Reading, Intelligence Preparation of the Battlefield (IPB), Military Symbology, Military Decision Making Process (MDMP), Intelligence Support to Collection, Targeting and the Intelligence Synchronization process. It is preferred that such experience is no more than 30 months old at time of employment.
