Researches, tracks and understands new web technologies to provide technical leadership in developing service applications and analyzing business requirements as they pertain to intranet and external Internet-related systems. Builds, enhance, support and maintain JavaFlex Web 2.0 application. Provides written design documents, test plans and test results. Manages, develops, integrates, and implements related applications components, including front-end development, server-side development and database integration. Applicant will play a direct role in programming, maintenance, technical support, documentation and administration of the applications. Establishes and communicates standards to manage cost and ensure continuity of applications.Responsible for the design, maintenance, testing and troubleshooting of a dynamic web application that resides on a secure network. The position requires research and implementation of new and emerging web technologies, and the development and deployment of new application features to meet changing customer requirements. The candidate must have web application and services development experience using JavaJ2EE, Flex, BlazeDS, and SQL. Required programming languages include Java, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML, and SQL, as well as knowledge of the UNIX system architecture and MySQL database technologies supporting this web environment.This applicant must possess strong written and oral communication, and organizational skills, and will work directly with customers at all levels of application development and use.
