Job Description

Researches, tracks and understands new web technologies to provide technical leadership in developing service applications and analyzing business requirements as they pertain to intranet and external Internet-related systems. Builds, enhances, supports and maintains JavaFlex Web 2.0 application. Provides written design documents, test plans and test results. Manages, develops, integrates, and implements related applications components, including front-end development, server-side development and database integration. Applicant will play a direct role in programming, maintenance, technical support, documentation and administration of the applications. Candidate must have web application and services development experience using JavaJ2EE, Flex, BlazeDS, and SQL. Required programming languages include Java, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML, and SQL, as well as knowledge of the UNIX system architecture and MySQL database technologies supporting this web environment.This applicant must possess strong written and oral communication, and organizational skills, and will work directly with customers at all levels of application development and use. Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical training, or workmilitary experience. 0-2 years of related software development experience.
