Real-world hands-on network implementation experience with ITIL certs being strongly preferred.Responsible for producing and maintaining the Service Catalog. Ensures that all operational services and all services being prepared for operational running are recorded within the Service Catalog. Confirm that all the information within the Service Catalog is accurate, up-to-date and consistent with the information within the Service Portfolio. Ensures that the information within the Service Catalogue is adequately protected and available. Responsible for ensuring that the Service Catalog Management process is implemented and performed according to the agreed and documented process and is meeting the requirements of the process definition. Ensure that all relevant staff has the required training in the process. Develop and implement detailed workflows and procedures. Addresses and corrects any issues with the operation of the process by interfacing with the Government. Define and agree to key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of the process, review KPIs, and improved the performance of the process. Produces regular and accurate management reports. Requires BSBA degree. The Service Catalog Manager must have a minimum of five (5) years experience within IT Service Offerings or agreements. ITIL V3 Foundations, ITIL V3 Service Offerings and Agreements andor Service Design certifications. Must have a DoD Secret Clearance or be able to obtain one. Military or DoD experience preferred.DOD personnel and support contractors will be trained and certified to perform the tasks associated with their responsibilities for safeguarding and operating DOD information systems. Authorized users of DOD information systems will receive initial IA orientation (provided by GDIT) as a condition of access upon assignment to an organization and must complete refresher awareness training annually. Privileged users and personnel in IA technical and management positions (e.g. information assurance officers, system administrators, and installers) will be fully trained and certified to perform their duties. At a minimum, all network device and information system installers shall be IAT level II certified (e.g., GSEC, Security+, SCNP, SSCP) in accordance with IAW DODD 8570.1 and DOD 8570.1-M. Subcontractors and staffing agencies acknowledge that they are responsible for all costs associated with obtaining any required certifications.NGEN experience would preclude candidates from consideration on the EITSM project.
