Provide systems engineering, Tier II and III assistance for coalition systems in support of the US BICES network. Install, configure, and integrate multiple operating systems, applications, isolate problems, perform predictive failure and trend analysis, and resolve hardware and software malfunctions. Supply technical guidance and expertise for the staging, movement, and upgrade of systems during initial fielding andor deployment. Maintain, administer and support numerous operating systems and applications including MS Windows 2003 Server, MS Exchange 20032007, Windows XP, Office 2007, VMware ESX4 and vSphere. Bachelorapos;s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical training amp; certification, or work experience. Requires 5-8 years experience. Experience with server virtualization, operations and maintenance, and securing assets in compliance with DISA standards. Exposure to network engineering a plus. Military experience and experience with coalition networks a definite plus. Intelligence or Operations experience desirable. Must be capable of obtaining and maintaining a Secret Security Clearance. Must be able to achieve ITIL Foundation and Security+ (or equivalent) Certification within six months of hire.15% travel requirement.
