ICF International has an immediate opening for an individual to support an existing contract with the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) at a client site in Arlington, Virginia. This individual will provide support in the areas of contract administration and reporting, and data analysis. The individual will need skills in contract documentation, cost tracking, and budget performance integration. The candidate must have experience in developing contract Statements of Work or Performance Work Statements, budget planning, budget execution, and forecasting within a Federal agency.
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree and 5 to 15 years of related experience required. Master's degree preferred or advanced education/training in management.
- Financial and Project Management certifications a plus.
- Knowledge/experience with Federal Government budgeting processes (FAR, CPIC, etc), requirements, and cycles/schedule, as well as terms and definitions.
- MS Access program development a plus.
- Proficiency with MS Excel and complicated pivot table creation/updating/maintenance.
- Experience in working with diverse stakeholders at multiple levels of organizations.
- Outstanding written and verbal communications skills.
- Proven ability to work as part of a team and to take ownership of tasks.
- Ability to obtain security clearance is required. Existing clearance and DHS suitability preferred.
