Support GDITapos;s military Health Services Group. Position will include strategic planning, capture planning and positioning for largecomplex medical programs in the areas of medical ITRamp;DLogisticsFacilities, supporting the bid process including technical and proposal development, and identification of new growth areas. Target organizations include DoDMilitary Health System, Veteranapos;s Health Administration, statelocal government, and international organizations. Support transition team for execution and management of new efforts in support of Program Management Offices, Centers of Excellence, and other complex projects such as military construction, equipping, outfitting, and transition. Assist with organizational development, change mangaement, performance measurement, program facilitation, team building, and vision setting. Assist with cost, schedule, and performance management as well as risk assessment and critical decision making. Assist Health Service Group with development, implementation, and execution of long-term strategic plan. Assist with integration of new programs and management teams. Requires MSMBA degree. Preferably in management, logistics, or strategic planning fields. Requires 20+ years experience. Requires knowledge of DoD acquisition process, medical logistics, medical IT systems, and project managementprogram management concepts. Requires extensive experience in military medical Ramp;D programs. Requires experience managing large, complex organizations and programsprojects.
